Ok, I’m always missing things and people from NC. Here is something I think Morrisville, Cary, or Apex need to do for the kids. It is called “Totally Trucks”. It is really fun, easy, and low key. It is also free to get in.
Every kind of big truck is there (fire, ambulance, mail, delivery, ball field rake …) and the kids get to play on all of the equipment. And oh, they give you cool yellow hats and free popcorn. Alexander and Sophia got into at least 7 vehicles like a fire truck, mail truck, and several things I’ll call tractors but are something else of similar size. They were also doing demonstrations with other big vehicles.
Alexander and Sophia climbed to the top of the fire truck. Sophia came down on her own, but Alexander had to be carried down like a sack of potatoes. I didn’t get pictures on that because I was on the other side of the fire truck trying to make sure Alexander didn’t jump off. He’s brave (silly) enough to try it. Here’s the fire fighter trying to get him down and Alexander giving him “five”.
Since it was August, another popular vehicle was the spray truck. I don’t know what the top sprayers are for (maybe a bridge or some kind of fire?) but it was fun.
Here are the rest of the pictures. Truck on, partner.

Your not boring the world, LOL;) Love the pics!! Kielynn has enjoyed getting to see Sophia and Alexander sooo much… The hugs between her and Sophia are priceless♥
